Infinity Sign Systems saw a need and set out to fill it. Over 2/3 of the signs in our market are shipped in by national sign manufacturers. Until we launched ISS in 2006, these signs were mostly installed by local vendors who were also manufacturers. ISS does not do any manufacturing; we are committed to installation and service, and exceeding the expectations of our national customer base. We work with national sign contractors to install, maintain and repair signage in the Greater Kansas City Metro Area. Whether it is a conversion due to a name change, client expansion, or LED conversion, ISS is the preferred resource for sign installations, maintenance and repairs.

Patrick

Patrick Swender, Field Operations Manager

Owner and field operations manager. With over 17 years of sign experience, Pat provides a “hands-on” and working level knowledge and experience in field installation and service of all types of electrical signs. He has served as an operations manager for the past ten years along with estimating the installation work, and is also a certified welder. Pat insures that our crews adhere to OSHA Safety Management principles and practices. Customer satisfaction is his top priority. When Pat is not working, he likes to hunt, farm, ride motorcycles, and work on home renovation projects.

Brooke

Brooke Braun, Project Coordinator & Permit Agent

Brooke brings seven years of sign industry experience to her role as Project Coordinator. Shortly after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa she started as a graphic designer and has quickly gained an understanding of the industry and excels in project coordination. She is familiar in the design, manufacturing, installation, service, and overall operations of the industry. As part of her role has developed a solid working relationship with all the local cities and municipalities and is able to obtain permits for you with amazing turn-around times. With a hands-on approach she has a strong commitment to meeting all the needs of the customer and end user on projects from start to finish. When not at work Brooke enjoys traveling, photography, painting, and spending time with her friends and family.

jerry

Jerry Weimer, Service Manager

Our Sign and Lighting Service is the best in our market thanks to Jerry. He is a licensed master electrician with 28 years of sign industry experience. He is certified to repair and maintain all time & temperature displays, scoreboards, and electronic message centers. When Jerry calls our customers from the field to report our findings, he does an excellent job of explaining so that anyone could understand. His Certifications include: Factory Trained and Certified Tech for E.D.S. (Signco/E.D.S.), A.S.&I., Datatronics, and Hi-Tech Electronics. Additional Certifications: Certified Electronics Tech from Electronics Institute Kansas City, with award for Outstanding Achievement in micro processor technology. Certifications in DOS, Advanced DOS, P.C. repair and maintenance, A+ in both hardware and software, and licensed Master Electrician with a score of 85 from Experior. In his time off, Jerry likes to go fishing with his grandkids, paint-balling with his boys, and dating his wife.

Bill

Bill Tucker, Office Manager

With over 27 years accounting experience, including construction, service and development industries, Bill keeps everything and everybody on the right track. Customers, staff and vendors all love to work with Bill and receive timely, accurate information and results. Watching basketball, tinkering with cars, and keeping his twins growing in the right direction occupy his time away from us.

Scott

Scott Hueschen, Account Manager

With over 19 years of sign industry experience, Scott’s knowledge spans all aspects of sign manufacturing, materials, technology, field installation and service. This allows him to provide our customers with suggestions for innovative solutions to difficult installation conditions. Scott’s focus is on providing excellent customer service and he is committed to exceeding your expectations. When Scott is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching football, traveling, and eating at Chipotle.
